Create CRM Data

This endpoint is designed to accept dynamic data based on system table configurations. As the nature of the data is dynamic, a specific request body format is not predefined. However, all submitted data undergoes validation against the system table's specifications, and any discrepancies or violations result in relevant error responses. It's crucial to consult the system table definitions before making a request to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Refers to the account where the data will be stored. This account must be associated with the provided FCCID. Storing data using this parameter will save the property at the account level.

Determines the visibility of the item in the helpdesk. If set to false, the item will not appear in helpdesk search results. The default value is true.
